Libentia products grew from a very real need.
In college I wanted to start a facial care routine for the first time, but every single eye cream and facial product I found contained harsh toxins or non-essential/ questionable filler ingredients which didn’t actually nourish the skin. Not to mention the sticky, icky, evaporating feeling they have!
Parabens, “fragrances,” and PEG compounds—gross!
Client Love
If you order pure whipped shea butters online for $10, you won’t get the ultra-plumping, vitamin-rich ingredients to actually hydrate the skin. Dry skin types can suffer from using shea and cocoa butters only for this reason.
If you have an oily skin type and just go with the serums and moisturizing ingredients, that moisture can be lost without a protective barrier to “lock” them in properly.
We have created the perfect solution with our Lemilla Cream
for sensitive, dry, hybrid, and oily skin types.
Pro Tips
Be prepared for the product to melt on your skin. This is 100% normal and due to the naturally-occurring oils packed into cream.
When you first use the product, take a moment to appreciate how your skin feels. Remember the sticky, itchy, icky, evaporating feeling that other products have caused. We LOVE that awesome moment when Libentia hits your skin and you feel like absolute royalty!
Don’t worry if the product doesn't soak into the skin immediately. It can take around 10-15 minutes to saturate the skin.
Preferably do not leave it in the car or anywhere above 78°F. If the product does melt, do not worry! Simply put it into the fridge, and it will re-solidify and provide an even cooler, calming effect to your skin.
Use a thick layer of product on your face before bed as a “mask.”
If you do find an excess of product lingering on the skin after 10-15 minutes still, simply use a cloth to wipe away the excess.
Wipe the palm of your hands on a cloth after application to avoid any messiness.
